About Us

We are a cheerful mixed choir of around 40 singer, with a combination of international and Swedish backgrounds. Our repertoire contains Swedish classic folk and drinking song, but also contains international classics, that reflects the diversity of our choir.

We rehearse in English in the main room of the GH nation every Monday from 18:30 to 21:00. In addition we have many socializing events during the semester, including the choir beer following each rehearsal, or the choir weekend, which is the opportunity to master our songs and get to know the newcomers.

We are a very participative choir, where everyone participates to make the choir lively.

Conductor

Miłosz Krawczyk is our conductor since August 2023. He is a student in music composition at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm.

Join

Everyone is very welcome to join GH choir. We do not have selective entrance test or require prior experience in singing in a choir. You do not need to be a student to join, but priority is given to students members of GH Nation. In addition, there are reserved places for international students.
You are very welcome for a tryout at beginning of each semester during our open rehearsal, that are advertised on our social medias. You can apply by contacting the fiscal of your voice.
